Fallout 4 Crash When Scrapping

- There are 2 general ways for scrapping in Fallout 4. Both are useful and will help you to get enough materials. Scrapping gear: weapon workbench and armor workbench allow to scrap items during crafting process. All you need is to select an item and select Scrap option in the bottom menu. Scrapping Structures.
Hidden PC controls. If you’re playing Fallout 4 on the PC, aside from the occasional crash, the most frustrating part of the experience is the control scheme, like having to use the arrow keys to choose dialog and navigate the settlement builder interface, or having to press Enter to confirm things.
Note: this is not related to the new Vault DLC. This has been happening since before the update.
The mods that change things dealing with settlements: I have all the DLCs, I have DD's 1x1 Foundation, Columns, Ramps, Stackable Concrete, Conquest, Dino's Decorations, Homemaker, OCDecorator, Crafting Goodies, Place Everywhere, Lore Friendly Posters, Longer Power Lines, Quieter Settlements, Scrap Dead Things, Settlements Expanded, Snappable Junk Fences, and We Are The Minutemen.
I was building in Sanctuary with all of these loaded before and then left it untouched for 80+ hours in a save of mine before coming back to do some more building. Well, whenever I scrap something at Sanctuary now, the game crashes instantly.
Any ideas?
Edit: On further testing, it seems like this only became an issue when I accepted The Molecular Level and chose to ally with the Minutemen. If I try to build the reflector platform in Sanctuary, the game crashes (I can build any other item and the game won't crash). I can build the reflector platform in any other settlement with no issue however.
Edit2: I Ran through the entire quest (I built all the pieces at another settlement) and turned the tape in to Sturges thinking that maybe that would wipe the problem clean but it still crashes when I try to scrap anything in Sanctuary.
Hello Nexus member, i seek your assistance for the following issue :
since a week, i get CTD when i try to scrap or store any modded item/decoration in sanctuary .
the fun part is that if i use those items in other settlements, i dont have CTDs AND i can scrap vanilla items in sanctuary.
for now the cursed items seem to come from homemaker ;wall oil lamp; art connoisseur and craftable animation markers.
i guess the easy solution would be to uninstall those mods. but i wonder what would happen if i reinstall them after?
